The fish you catch are the fish you take home. Your fish are bled-out after landing, Salmon are gutted/gilled and put on ice. Back at the dock your catch will be filleted, cut into portions, vacuum packed, flash frozen and labeled. All the fish you catch will be boxed up in approved airline shipping containers which will allow you to check as baggage for your flight back home. I have customers that fly as far as Atlanta, Boston and Dallas with no problems getting the fish home frozen.
